Terms and Conditions

Passport: Please check that you have valid passport with at least six months validity. Some countries require longer validity and you are requested to check with relevant embassy of its specific requirements. If you are a foreign national with right of residence in the United Kingdom please ensure that your passport has the relevant endorsements to ensure that you can return to the United if you intend to return. All children under 16 years of age should have their own passport to travel on.

Visas: You should check whether you require visa for your intended destination. You are responsible for obtaining visa yourself. Obtaining visa can be a lengthy process and therefore you are requested to allow sufficient time for this before confirming your travel date. Specific visa requirements can be obtained from the relevant embassy in the United Kingdom.

Health: There are Department of Health recommended inoculations for travel to specific destinations. Some countries require you to have particular inoculations before they will grant you visa. You should check with your doctor’s practice what inoculations you may need. The Department of Health will also have this information.

Checking In: You are recommended to check in at the time specified by the airline. For international flights checking in is usually 3 hours before the actual flight time. If you do not present yourself at the counter for the specified time the airline may not give you a seat if the flight is over booked.

Reconfirming return/onward flights: It is your responsibility to ensure you follow ALL RECONFIRMATION INSTRUCTIONS which will be shown EITHER on the FRONT of our invoice or on your travel documents. Tia Travel Services Limited will not be liable for any additional costs due to your failure to reconfirm flights.

Ticket despatch and travel documents: Tickets will be sent at the earliest opportunity. However, in the case of late payment and/or late bookings, tickets may be handed to you at the airport on departure.
